I had a lot of unique requests that they hadn't done before , and all that was done by Kait was above and beyond. Even after the service, having to go and do things like collect belongings, choose an urn, pickup ashes, the guidance and support never ended. We as a family are very honored at this point to know the staff and consider them like family and amongst a circle of friends forever. The service was touching and so well done with all of the technology available to us for a slideshow with music, the cleanliness and relaxing environment, and all the preparations.
